An academician for more than a decade, Dr. C. Goldbell Rachel, formerly served as Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce PG & PA in Kongunadu Arts and Science College, Coimbatore. Presently, she is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce with Business Analytics in Nirmala College for Women, Coimbatore. Dr. Rachael has been awarded the Best Researcher Award from ESN Publication and Lingaya’s University, Sri Lanka. She has contributed many articles in various national and international journals. Her contribution in the field of research is notable.
Dr. S. Rajam has given an eminent contribution as an editor in the making of this book. She is currently working as an Associate Professor, Department of Commerce at Kongunadu Arts and Science College, Coimbatore. With more than twenty five years of experience, she has guided seven MPhil Scholars. She has participated in many International, National and State level conferences. Her papers have been published in numerous UGC, International, National and State level journals. She has represented Bharathiar University as University Representative for about 20 times. She has been a member of BoS meetings in several colleges and is a member of NIRF at her college. A perfect and epitomic teacher, Dr. S. Rajam has been invited to countless seminars, webinars and conferences.
