Tech: ‘We are not having occasional up link facility on xxx satellite.’

Client 3: May I bring recorded tape and occasional uplink can be done on YYY satellite.’

Tech: ‘Yes your occasional uplink can be done on YYY satellite from teleport.’

Client 4: ‘what would be charges for occasional uplink on this satellite?’

Tech: ‘Charges would be $ 5.00 per min. minimum charges for 10 min applicable.’

Client 5: ‘in case we want occasional for 5 minutes.’

Tech: ‘Still you have to pay for 10 min charges. Even you require for 5 min uplink.’

Client 6: ‘I have NTSC video recorded tape. It is possible to convert in PAL at teleport and occasional uplink on YYY satellite.’

Tech: ‘Tech may reply yes if you have NTSC to PAL converter. Or say no, we do not have this facility at teleport.’

Client 7: ‘On which satellites you have occasional uplink facility. Can you please send me the list of satellite?’

Tech: - ‘Give list of all satellites on which occasional uplink facility is available (if you have list forward them). If you have steerable antenna for occasional uplink you see its coverage from your teleport to reply them. Also you may tell them whether you can uplink in C, DBS, Ku or Ka bands.’

Client 8: ‘How much advance time you require do occasional uplink.’

Tech: - ‘At least 15 minutes before actual starting of occasional up link’

Client 9: ‘What format you may send to us if occasional down link is asked.’

Tech: - ‘We may send you SDI on fiber link. It may be HD or SD as case may be. If you need ASI, it is possible to send you.’

Client 10: ‘Can you send me L- band if require.’ Tech: - ‘Yes if we have free link to your premises.’
