Allow every cell in your body to dance freely

Yes, this world with all of its clenching jaws,

And pointing fingers, will get heavy and scary

For fragile bones but it cannot break you;

Or dim the light that flares in the centre of your chest.

This beaming ray must be made visible for all

To see as you may be the only signal left

For a lost ship at sea.

Be wise not to let decisions made

By the mouths of others buckle your knees.

Root your toes deep into the earth and grow

Up toward the source of all living things.

You are here to lead the way;

You are here to be the love that nourishes

Everything and everyone around you.

Sit in this knowing;

Let it captivate you and then go

Help others be it too.
